RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
CAN NOT RETURN: We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or cancel orders for the following reasons:
Wrong Size, Color, or Product Type: If you have chosen the wrong size, color, or product type, we are unable to process a return or cancellation.
Good Image Quality: If the product’s image quality is considered good, it is not eligible for a return or cancellation.
Ordering Mistake or Loss of Interest: Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of interest cannot be canceled or returned.
Orders Not Cancelable After 12 Hours: Please note that orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placement.
No Refunds with Coupon Code Usage: If you have used a coupon code, refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
WE ACCEPT CUSTOMER RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit, we will send you a replacement at our expense. We will determine if an order is lost based on the provided tracking number, which indicates if the order has been delivered or not.
Return Policy or Replacement: While all products undergo a quality control check before shipping, we acknowledge that certain issues may still occur. We accept returns or replacements for the following problems encountered upon package opening. Please contact us with your order number and photographic evidence if:
- The printed image is unclear.
- The printed image is off-center.
- You received the wrong package compared to your order.
- The product is damaged due to delivery, torn, or dirty.
- The order does not match your requested size, color, or style.
- Any other mistakes caused by us.
To request a refund or replacement, please reach out to us via email or through our website, providing pictures of the errors along with your order number. We will verify the issue and process the refund or replacement accordingly.
- Returns are accepted only if the item has not been used, washed, and remains in the original condition you received it. We cannot take responsibility for sizing issues if we followed your specific requests. However, if we shipped the wrong size compared to your order, we will adhere to the above policy.

Step 1: How to Return?
- Ensure that the return is shipped back to us within 30 days from the date your package is delivered.
- Eligible items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, still in their original packaging with all sewn-in or hang tags intact.
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
- Return Address: Please use the sender’s address printed on the package label for the return.
Step 2: Our Check Processing.
- Once we receive your return item(s), we will send you an email notification confirming its receipt. We will then promptly inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- The refund processing may take some time, as we need to compare and discuss with our partners.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
